Staff Training Session

As we aim to make aquatic and gym environments inclusive for all, including those with visible and invisible disabilities, it's crucial to train staff in skills that support every guest.

These training sessions are designed to ensure every guest feels welcome and safe covering:

  • Understanding disabilities
  • Adaptive swim techniques
  • Mobility enhancement
  • Creating an inclusive atmosphere
  • Effective communication
  • Crucial safety protocols
